Rooms in dillon?

Next fall I'm thinking of finally getting the hell out of denver and going to CMC in dillon for schooling (currently go to ACC). I was just wondering how hard it is to find a room for decently cheap in dillon. A kid I gave a ride to keystone to told me there's rooms from around 300 even, is this true?
 
I'm sure you could find a place for $300 a month. I'm staying in a 1 bedroom condo in Summit Cove with my friend for $900 a month which we split and it's pretty nice. It wasn't too hard to find either, we just looked on craiglist... maybe we got lucky, but I'm sure if you spent some time looking you could find an affordable place in Dillon or Silverthorne.

ill have to hit you guys up later cuz ill be moving to summit county to work at a ski resort for w while and knowing where to stay for cheap would be awesome
 
I'd say it's doable. We have a 5 bedroom NICE house in Frisco and pay $420 each. I have the smallest room which still fits a king size bed with plenty of room for desk/dresser and other things. Same house in Mammoth would have been at least $650 a room.
 
yeah I'm hoping dillon could be cheaper than that, just because no one really wants to live there so I hear haha. but that's fine with me, I like me seclusion sometimes.

so I guess the next question to anyone is, are you looking for a room mate in the general area of dillon/silverthorne/frisco? lemme know...
