Rooms in Big bear

Me an my buddy are planning on moving out there next winter....if anyone knows of two rooms, or has two rooms available definitely hit me up... or we might be getting a 3 room place if anyone is down to rent a room.............we"re chill like the outdoors, and brews&blunts haha

What is your budget? Will you have cars or do you need to be close to the resort and grocery store? I am a real estate assistant up here in Big Bear so I can pull some options for you for cheap houses.
