RENT: $310 per month + utilities: high speed internet, electricity & gas (about $30 per month)

($300 security deposit required -- completely refundable.)

AVAILABLE: Immediately

INCLUDES: Private bedroom (newly painted with lots of shelf storage), private access to bedroom, hardwood floors, spacious, washer & dryer, lots of windows and off street parking.

ROOMMATES: 3 girls (all ski and snowboard), clean, very laid back, nice and wonderful to be with. (Ages 21, 22 & 27.)

OTHER INFO: shared bathroom with 2 of the girls. the living room, kitchen and bathroom are all very large.

why are there not many guys jumping on this!!!!???? maybe it has something to do with the fact that you'd be stuck in mormon country....
 
it may only be 45% but they controll everything. i went to slc last winter to ski with my dad, all i can say is that it was amaizing
 
Oh yeah, SLC is only 45%, Park City is probably less too, but you get into the outskirts, like Sandy and Provo... you better not be a sinner.
 
i had a girl move in with me. she was ugly and fat and the messiest dirtiest person i've ever met! i was about to move out cause i couldn't stand her any more, but then she moved out! :)
 
sandy/draper utah isnt that bad! and to think your so-called mormon country has a very serious heroin problem, kids still get fucked up and cuss like sailors.... its all us outa-towners fucking up its fung-shway.
