Room for rent in Cottonwood Heights

Yo NS,

I've got a room for rent in Cottonwood Heights on April 1st if anyone is interested.

Rent is $300 a month + utilities. The first months rent + a $300 deposit gets you in. I figured I'd toss it on here before I move on to Craigslist.

It is a 5 bedroom/2 bathroom house and is located between Big and Little Cottonwood, in the neighborhood across the street from the Smith's on Bengal Blvd. One roommate is out on 4/1, and I'd like to fill his spot in the house.

Everyone in the house skis (obviously) and works in the industry (Snowbird, BC.com, The Canyons) and I would like to get someone in that is also into that same sort of lifestyle. We're all a little older (24-25) than your average NSer, but do enjoy partying. Just not on a daily basis, and nothing too rowdy.

And you must like dogs. I have 2.

Please hit me up if you would like to come by and check it out/meet the roommates or would like more info. I may have another room available on 5/1 as well, I'll bump this if I need to then.

it's just getting started but post your ad up on www.campuseverything.com it's like a craigslist but for college campuses. starting right here in utah
 
Right on. I'll check it out but this house isn't really too close to any of the Universities here in Utah, bout 25-30 min to the U of U and 20ish to Westminster. And not a lot of college kids looking for places this time of year I'd imagine.
