I have recently had a room opening up for next month, possibly in like a week or two. The house is located around 3000 east and Fort Union, yes that is the bottom of big cottonwood canyon, sick location! House is 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, vaulted ceiling, big yard with balconies, spacey house. Rent is $350 plus utilities, your lookin at about 400 a month. You must be employed, or plan to and can pay rent on time. Must also pay small deposit. Must also plan on staying for atleast 6 months. Responsible, clean, fun people ONLY! If your a stupid emo snowboarder, dirtbag, or douche, you need not apply. Hit me up for details, pm is easy, and maybe you can come check it out. come on people, somebody has got to want to live less than a mile away from big cottonwood canyon. doesn't anybody like real skiing around here? fuck sugarhouse and parkcity. and ogden...
 
Just throwing it out there but most people try to get houses with their friends or whatever, which is probaly why you might have trouble renting out a room.
 
I am that totally fucking awesome other roommate that found out about this place on newschoolers so lets keep the streak going with another winner!
 
I have a friend that might be interested. I have free housing in Park City for the summer, and I think he is going to move out here as well. He would only be here until about the second week of august tho. I'll forward this thread over to him.
