its not that different. im not painting myself as an athority on the subject. i just dont like people who think that they know all about the political atmosphere of the 70's and 80's because they lisened to 'bedtime for democracy' or 'holiday in cambodia' before. i get aggitated by people who dont think for themselfs, but it is worse when people accuse others of that, and then go and quote anti flag or jello biafra. those people are just sheepish as the ones who they accuse of the same.

so my point in posting the above comment, was that they (and i) are probably too young to have a really accurate and informed opinion outside of the what they leared on the far wreck chords web site.

I believe he was an excellent president. Really he didn't hold true to any idelas except his own. his economic policy was good 9not perfect, if there was a perfect way to push up an economy it would be done). his foreign policy was all right (bad things happen, allie become foes, its all relative to time). i think he left a good mark on America.

wow, you guys! i mean serously there are alot of conservitives around here but untill this thread it serously seemed to me that jsut about everyone thought he was bad. and you can lear what you need to know about him in a history book. mabey it would be a more accurate opnion if you were alive and you remember when he was president but just about no one on this site was, and the people i know who were, wether conservative or liberal admit he was a bad president!
