He was such an amazing man and an amzing president, he lived a life that he couldn't even remember.. so sad. he touched soo many people lives and he didn't even realize it, he never knew how important he was to the people of the country he once served, and he will be forever in our hearts. its is symbolic he died on d-day, and now he will be just another death for us to remember, i hope we never forget this amazing man and that his hopes and deams live on through our hearts.

he touched many people lifes, thats true. many of them were bent over. overqualification for jobs led to many people being unemployed, including a number of my family members. he was tremendously divisive. i suppose its ignorant and idealistic, but im still waiting for a non-partisan leader who thinks about people instead of politics

SohCahToa stfu. Ronald reagan ALWAYS thought about people rather than politics. He never said anyhting negative. He shared time with people who wished to see him on busy days. He was a very great man with astouding character. He was probobly the greatest president in the 20th century. He did stop the Cold War, he made our economy, and for all you people that berate a man that couldn't and can't defend himself, you are sad, sad indivisuals.

While I don't agree with some of his policy choices (military spending and the dealing with the deficit), I have to agree that he was generally a great person from I've read and learned. He had a charisma and affection that radiated from him and enveloped all those around him. He was not harsh or crude to his enemies and did little political squabling from what I understand. I think he was what the US needed at that time, someone to bring the US over to the 21st century from the old guard of the cold war.
