BUCHAREST, Romania - A court has ordered a Romanian surgeon to pay

$795,000 in compensation to a patient whose penis he accidentally

severed during an operation.

In July 2004, Dr. Naum Ciomu made a surgical error while operating

on the man's testicles, severing the penis instead of making an

incision to the testicle.

The Bucharest Magistrates Court ruled that Ciomu had been

"superficial" in his approach to the operation, ordered the fine and

handed Ciomu a one-year suspended prison sentence.

The ruling can be appealed.

A piece of muscle from the man's arm has now been attached to where his penis was, but its function is aesthetic.

The victim's lawyer said you don't have to be an expert to realize that the 33-year-old victim isn't in a good state of mind.

 
if someone was operating on my testicles i would damn well hope they knew what they were doing.
 
completely severed?

i would personally torture that doctor. hang him up on the wall, start slicing bits of him off and rubbing salt into his wounds

 
wow, 800,000 thats it? id expect that for every year of my remaining life...i dont know what id do without my penis
 
how the hell do you accidentaly completly severe a penis? i mean wtf... arent doctors supposed to be slow and cautious?
 
Yeah that actually makes sense. The incision was near the base of the penis. The fuckin idiot doctor was probably talking or something and was focused fully on the surgery and "whoops" shit! there goes the patient's penis.

I really feel terrible for this guy. I can't imagine what it must feel like to have your prize possession cut off. WTF

when during a routine operation to correct a testicular malformation, he

suddenly lost his temper and sliced off the patient’s penis.

Shocked medics watched as Ciomu then placed the severed

penis on the operating table and chopped it into small pieces.

Ciomu said his tantrum was brought on after he accidently

cut his patient’s urinary channel and "overreacted" to the situation.

He told the court it was a temporary loss of judgment due to personal problems.

WHAT THE FUCK!!! he chopped it into little pieces!!! only $800,000!!! this guy should have his finger and toenails pried off with a rusty knife, then have his hands and feet dumped in vinegar, then have his penis cut off in front of him with no anesthetic, and watch as somebody else chops it into little pieces, then have the pieces force-fed to him, then have him hung!!!

sorry, if i offended anyone, but you know it's true. "overreacted" was the understatement of the millennium.
 
he wasn't going for a sex change. the doctor did it by accident (or on purpose). nonetheless the man wasn't too thrilled.
 
i would cut his dick off and shove it up his ass then throw him nto a tub of table salt witch asicd... like 800 g's hell no thats no where near enough if i dont have a dick i better have a way to make feel as good as i did when i had one
 
Ok, so i was just thinking. Why was the doctor making an incision near the balls in the first place. I wonder if maybe he was getting a vasectomy...
 
yeah it was probably a vasectomy, i know that vasectomies require a small incision somewhere on the genitals...
 
he wasn't, it said he was getting a testicular malformation fixed

ironic thing is, he goes in to get his balls fixed, and walks out dickless. now tell me, what good are testicles without a penis?
 
oh man, that sucks. i didn't remember reading that. I wondered what this testicular malformation looked like? lol, i wondered how bad it was. he probably wasn't getting to much ass already to begin with, won't be missing much. but still no doubt that fuckin sucks.

thats fucked up big time if 800g's is all a penis is worth these days tan thats fucked up cause that doctor prob had way more money anyway
