Rollerblading

i am gonna say.....rollerblading has its moments. Definately helps on rails in the off season.....but their style is shit. Doing rails with your legs crossed? That is just too fruity. I think they just need some schoolers to go out and show them the good style.
 
yeah.....by style you mean grabing your boot in the air....doing rails with all your legs fucked up......it is like saying snowblades have style.
 
what how? by grabbing your boots thats the same as grabbing your skis...what do you expect bladers to grab? anyway, blading would be gay if you couldnt move your legs and go skiing style. skateboarders dont have skiing style but you dont see me yelling at them for having lame style. its whatever style applies to that sport. you cant say "oh that balerina has shitty pencil style" can you? no becuase thats the style of the sport.
 
That might be one of the stupidest statements on NS. Legs fucked up? We dont depend on a board underneath us for balance, we have freedom of feet (remz jea), its a beautiful thing, and it allows soo much creativity. But judging by this comment, you are far too ignorant, far too arrogant, and too self-absorbed to open your eyes to something so much iller than whatever the fuck you do.
 
i disagree, snowboarding tricks are very very similar to skiing tricks, we have two boards instead of one so we can do alot more grabs, but thats the biggest difference, i snowboard alot too, and in the park the two are very similar. grabs feel the same and most look the same, taking off and landing are the same. and rails feel like exactly the same. skiing is the closest thing to snowboarding whatever people say. yeah skateboarding looks similar, but if you think about it so does skiing, skiing and snowboarding are sooo similar when your actually doing it. for someone watching they might think snowboarding is closer to skateboading, but for someone actually doing it its closer to skiing.
 
i wouldnt say skiing is snowboardings retarted cousin, just cause skiing has been around sooooo much longer than snowboarding, and there would be no snowboarding at all if it wasnt for skiing.

but if i think about it im not a skier, im a freeskier, i think just normal skiing is gay as fuck, so in that way freeskiing is almost snowboardings retarted cousin.
