Hey guys im going to buy some new blades this year and need some help. But first I was wondering if anyone has skated deshi carbons? I am wondering if they really are worth the rediculous price. I've heard lots of good things about them and want to get some advice from NS!

In that case, I wouldn't do it. The whole weight issue, which is why these were developed, is minimal, especially for a skier. Unless you plan on doing some tech spins into your tricks, you'd probably be better off with some remz, which will most likely give you the same feel but with a bit more weight and bulk. I've skated Remz, Xsjados, razors, USDs and salomons and remz give more of a shoe feel... freedom of feet!
 
id go for something cheaper.. you dont need a super expensive skate, especially if youre just starting off.
 
If you want carbons, you might possibly want to wait for the USD carbons since deshi is essentially gone now. The USD ones apparently have a higher cuff. But I like the look of the deshi ones better.
 
ya i was looking at os3's now and thinking of maybe throwing on a kizer type m frame since they come with just remz frames....
