Roller Coaster Box

We just scored a whole lot of free top sheet material. I dont know exactly what kind it is, but its good stuff and pretty bendy, so we are going to try to build a roller coaster box. Anyone ever made one. Got any suggestions? What should we use for coping? Please give me some input, I wanna do this right.

Heres one i built. it worked good, i put on two layers thin plywood and the HDPE, i didn't use a coping, but because of that it was hard to spin off of, i would use 1/2 inch pvc for a coping if you want coping, but it might be hard to attach

that is a really sweet box....how wide was it?

^ also, how did you attach the top sheet, and how did you get the seperate sheets to run flush together....oh, and how long is it?

it was 6 inches wide, i attached the topsheet by pre-drilling holes about halfway through the HDPE, then used 1 and a 1/2 inch screws to screw it on, and to get the sheets flush i just lined the up the sheets and screwed them down thight, but also rubbed the edge with my ski edge to get rid of the corner if it was a problem, and its 16 feet long, if you have any other questions just ask

definitley add coping. it helps alot for actually staying on the box
