Roller blading vs. skateboarding

you should say aggressive inlining instead if you are reffering to the tricking type of rollerblading.

however, i thing skateboarding is much harder until you get the hang of it, and not many do.

they're both cool and very unique. skates being attached to your feet isnt a bad thing like everyone seems to think. (both skis and snowboards are attched to your feet also) this allows you to have more freedom to do certain things you just cant do on a skateboard. you can get very creative because the skates are like a part of yourself, but thats not to say there is no creativity in skateboarding, because there is.

i rollerblade and find that most of the skateboarders who hate on rollerblading cant skateboard worth a shit themselves. most mature people respect a person who is skilled and passionate about what they do no matter what activity it is.
 
seriously, I dont understand everyones endless need to compare sports to determine the ultimate activity. I dont care whats better or tougher between skiing and snowboarding. I have fun skiing and dont mind people who love to snowboard. I dont feel like I have to somehow look down on them to make myself feel cool or something.

same goes for skateboarding and inline, did both, they are both very different and very awsome!
 
one billion percent agree i blade with some sick skaters but when we go to skateparks only little shitty skaters give me shit others dont give a shit
 
inline skating definitely gets a lot of hate. Being a skateboarder I hate on them quite a bit as well, but when it comes down to it I respect them as much as anyone. Those guys can throw down. I will have to go ahead and choose skateboarding however.
 
I've skated for about 3 years aand last summer when I went to le taz I saw some pretty sick bladers out numbering the skaters, I've never realized how much the flow of it is like skiing, but anyway I had the most fun when I actually rented a bike.
 
Skateboarding imo, I go suring in the summer and cruise right down to the break on my longboard, then in the evening when its to dark to surf just go ride the halfpipe or find stuff to kickflip,shuv it etc off

BUT SKIING IS SUPERIOR TO BOTH NOTHING BEATS BLOWER POW
 
yeh I have friggin awesome love it, powerslides are so much fun ... look on ebay a friend of mine picked on up for about £40 ($60)

fuck off. no one cares what sport you participate in unless you are a 12 year old skateboarder punk. with that said, i enjoy both sports the same.
 
there both pretty cool if done good but skateboarding is way more entertaining and is harder but rollerblading is way easier but more fun to do
