how far do think its been to combinin rollabladin and skiin into one sport? i been seein much more respekt fo tha rollablade arts and it seem like its be like at least half way there. much more of tha kids be doin tricks dat be fo rollablades but on tha skis.

i been sayin dis fo a long time but rollabladin and skiin gotsta combine into one sport
 
I have 100% respect for rollerbladers but skiing is a totally different sport. Even if skiers adopt rollerblade grinds there is alot more to skiing than rails like big mtn, jumps, ect so rollerblade grids r cool but skiing and rollerblading will never be "one sport"
 
I totally agree. Blading helps me stay in shape for skiing and it gets me more comfortable with spins an rails. Anyone who wants to start definatley should.

combined into one sport? thats like saying why dont we combine baseball and cricket together just because they have some similarities. I think rollerblading should be tighter with skiing, and it would be cool if rolling progressed more as sport, but i dont really get what ur saying by combining them.

They will never combine into one sport. I think they will become more similar though, and a lot of people will roll in the summer and ski in the winter.

i agree haha. but yea, i think that combining rollerblading with skiing is SOMETIMES pretty cool. like royals and farvs look cool (seen from what asian_allen does) but like mizous don't really look that cool...but that'd be cool i guess if the two combined

seriously though, some rollerbladers kill it in their own right, but rollerblade technique on skis just looks wack, we got tails and noses to pop off like skating(real skating plywood and wheels ya know?)
