Trying to rehab this meniscus, and possibly looking at surgery in the new year. Ski season is pretty much shot. Glad I held off on buying a pass.

+vibes your way. Been there. Done that. Having said that I’ll be more than happy to help you out financially if you have any older On3p’s you hoping to unload. Dead serious. Let me know.

Snapped my collarbone over at Abay a few weeks back. I can start skiing again in December so I'm not too bummed out. I'm just extremely bored. I'm gonna start skiing groomers next week with my family.

LOL, all i have is my K108's, and I'm not making the mistake of giving those up.

Is being broke considered an injury? Im missing pre-season training to make more money to ski. Its just puking at home and Im here at work, dreaming about skiing. It makes me want to throw up that people are having so much more fun than I am now.

Session, is the injury recent? how much time are you looking for recovery?

had my knee scoped 2.5 weeks ago, hoping to ski by january but I still have not bought a pass because i'm not convinced yet that this fixed the issues

Tore my anke up pretty good last year and rolled the same one like a motherfucker this summer skating.

Im hoping this thing doesnt give me problems this season. Although were like 3 weeks out from winter still. Fucking hate NY

I have had some knee issue for quite a few years, but always been good enough. But I put a beating on them this summer, and really fucked one up bad last month. But I'm waiting until January so I don't have to pay my insurance deductible twice in a couple of months.

Awe shit dude. Good luck. Get back on the planks quickly mmkay.

I had ACL Surgery over the summer, and have to wait until Mid-Jan. to ski. Which Sucks because New England IS stating to open for the season, I could ski out in CO in December if I wanted to (but don't want to ruin my knee) and I work for a dope ski company that wants me on the slopes as much as possible. PT and exercise can only do so much, somethings literally just need time

Dislocated my shoulder 10+ times last year. Had surgery this summer (labrum was fucked) and managed to not do anything stupid opening day today. Been working out to get strong again but already know it's going to be a hurdle with the mental games.

Ive had pain in my shins when jogging for the whole fall and im hoping they wont start hurting while skiing. I quit running for a month, then got back to it and it still hurts. Im gonna get them checked out next spring if i can ski without pain

I was almost not able to ski this season due to an ankle injury. Got a third degree ligament tear, slightly cracked and dislocated two bones, and tore my ankle membrane fully. I'll still be able to ski tho XD

broke my tibia and fibula last april which ended that season and then rebroke it that same july which ended last season before it began but I'm finally skiing again now and I'm so happy

I dislocated my shoulder a couple of times over the summer. It's not gonna stop me, but if I take a hard crash it will probably come out again and that would suck.

I had a shin splint from running and was worried about that too. After about a month of no running it mine went away.

Im almost starting to think that my running shoes are causing it even tho they are only 2 years old. Maybe I should try running on a treadmill without shoes and see how that feels

Sorry to stray off topic, but running in shoes that are two years old is your problem. At least be replacing the insoles every 3-6 months. Your feet probably hate you haha geeze!

scared right now cuz i think i did something to my meniscus. would be extremely bummed on not being able to work vs. skiing, its shitty anyways.
