Rokinon 14mm f/2.8 thoughts?

Now I am looking at getting the Rokinon 14mm because it is a pretty reasonable price, anybody ever use this lens? and if so what are your thoughts?

Totally agree. Used the 11-16 for a while before upgrading to full frame and its a great lens.

Could also consider canon 10-18mm. Only 300 however it does not have a constant aperture throughout the zoom range that the Tokina has.

Only get one if you're shooting full frame, and even then, it's not too great. Better off getting an old 17mm for half the price, or just getting a decent wide angle zoom.

for the same price you could get the 12-24 f4, and for another 200 or so, you could get the 11-16 if you really want f2.8. both would be wider, offer better distortion control, more versatility.
