Personally, I have experimented with NO2, and the results i got were good. It opens the blood vessels in your muscles alot wider, and allows for more bloodflow into eeach muscle. More bloodflow=more nutrients for each cell. It increases the effiecency of anyhting else you are taking, (protein, Hormones, creatine, etc.) and you literally see your muscles get bigger when they start working hard. After a good hard set of lifitng your muscles will be pumped and be very big, and this is when max bloodflow is reached during lifting.
As with anything there are side effects, but in order for anything to have any positive effect, you have to follow the specific plan to a T. You can't just pop a pill here and there and expect it to work. You have to eat right, work hard mostly, and use the supplements in the correct way, and correct time. Also its good to know what you are taking and what it does exactly, so do some research before you try anything. (Newschoolers is not research)
