Hey NS,

Just looking for some feedback on my latest edit.

It is my first edit filmed with my new camera (HMC40) and I am really happy with the footage (except for the pow footage at the end which was filmed with a flip mino HD).

It was filmed in Beaver Creek during christmas and we managed to have a ton of fun despite the sub-par conditions.

never ever show a shot of someone strait airing a roller.. like under no circumstances is that ok. Other then that pretty good.
 
a few things i'd like to say:
1. i liked the editing for sure, it was well put together, some nice subtle things (a little lens flare? i dunno if it was intentional or not... i assume so, but regardless it was cool).
2. the skiing was obviously not the best, and of course you're not gonna be tom wallisch or anything, but try to cut out a few more shots that weren't........ i dunno how to put it, up to par i guess? i agree with the first person, i don't think you need a straight air over a roller (even if it's a nollie), i guess that's what i'm trying to say. i noticed a few more like that
3. next time try to use a more original song. in the mornin' is a really dope song, i love zion i, but it's already been used. try to stay away from songs that have already been used (especially if they're in something that EVERYONE has seen a la EDIAS).
all in all, good edit though. i enjoyed it. plus the park setup looked puuuurty fun
 
Yea, I was so bummed when I found out that the song had already been used...
