died today at 82 years of age after slipping into a coma after a risky heart surgery. I for one will be watching Caddyshack tonite and laughing my ass off, and id suggest the same for everyone who owns it/BACK TO SCHOOL/anything he has been in

he was just on a late show like 2 weeks ago talking about how he smokes weed legally from his doc to help pain but he never said anything about his heart. He just wrote a book that took 3 years and now he is dead, so sad.

^ you know, as much as u dont care what ill say to you, you dont have any respect...i dont care if rodney dies, or someone down the street from me, as long as their a GOOD person, they deserve an amount of respect upon death...so what if he ws a millionaire? does a rich person deserve less respect after a lifetime of accomplishments, or the fact that Rodney gave many popular comics today a chance to debut their acts in HIS clubs, and launched the career of many comics...he gave back to the industry that made him a success, so he deserves his 'respect'

Where was I ever disrespecting him? All I said is I could care less if he dies. My life is no different not, yeah its sad he dies but oh well death happens all the time. Do you have any idea how many people have died today? My dad died in a car wreck a week ago, that makes me sad. Not some comedian who I have never met. He died at age 82 after a very successful career. What do you want me to be sad about?? He was 82 thats what people in their 80's do is die....he had a good life, so thats all that matters. I feel no different know having known that he is dead.
