Rode Video Mic help

So I'm looking at getting the rode videomic (not the "Pro" or the "go") just the 150 dollar one. I am just wondering if anybody has any videos while using this mic? I just want kind of an example, because if the audio isn't as great as I want, I will probably just wait to buy it until I have enough for the Pro version.

i had the shotgun mic and it would pick up sound real good, it's worth the money if your wanting better sound

I think he is trying to find a ski video using it instead of an inside sound test that doesn't tell him much.

I have a rode videomic that i plan on using this season i can definitely shoot you a few shots that i got from it once i actually get on snow with it.
