Well, you should feel bad. That kid was smiling having a good time, which is extremely hard to do, when you do not have something wrong with you. Could you imagine the pain that kid suffers everyday? When people look and point at him? And the fact that a single song could make him so happy he actually started to dance amazes me. I smiled from watching this, I didn't laugh because of the title of this thread at all. I smiled because it is simply amazing to see this kid happy, even in his condition.
