i just picked up some 01/02 motherships for 400 cdn. They are slick! Havn't ridden them yet, but i demoed the pocketrockets and they were dope too.

Anybody that gives advice on a ski they haven't skied or even seen is faggot. You should get the Atomic Big Daddy, but my boy chris used to ride the Motherships and said the 192's were dope, my boy Matt broke like 3 pair of Pocket Rockets. You should also check out volkl exxxplosive they are fat, stiff, and volkl's are strong as balls.

i'll agree with fletcher, i've broken too many pairs of pocket rockets, their customer service people were asses. Now, MoShips on the other hand, i've been skiing them for a year already and they kick ass. handle great.

Nah, I would say the pocket rockets, they handle awesome, and are a bit more versatille. But both are good skis.

 
why would you suggest armada to anyone... u have never skied on them and all u r doing is believing all the bullshit that u have heard. u only like them because some pro skiers r on their web page...who gives a shit...

Why does everyone think ARMADA's are great?? They haven't even started selling them yet. All they got is a good team of skiers, no skis!!

I would definatly say the Motherships. The pockets are very soft and are no good for anything other than powder. Unless you only skiing park and pow, there is no question, the Mothership! Plus support a newschool ski company.

 
they are both hella good and real versatile. The pocket rockets are lighter, but you should make your decision based on size and cost. personaly I prefer solomon because mine have lasted so long and perform so well. Armadas might be sick but the fact is no one knows so you should go with somethig that has had the kinks worked out.

 
yeah i'm pretty sure pocke-rocket has skied armada's, he's best friends with jp auclair
