Rockered ski

As the titles says I am looking for a rockered ski that is no less than 110 at the waist. Durability is a major concern with me because I have had problems in the past. I am 6'0 weigh 165 and an aggresive skier. I have been looking at the bibby's and hellbents but open to any other suggestions. Price is not really a concern with the ski. This ski wil lnot be used in the park at all, just shredding big mountain. My previous durability issues have been with Armada and 4FRNT so i would preferably like to stay away from those brands.

Moment Ruby in 190 would be a good ski. It's the stiffiest version of the Ruby and a 190 length will be perfect for you. 110 in the waist too which is fine for about everything. I'd recommend mounting them back a little, but I'm sure you already know that.

Sorry, I forgot about the rocker.

Other choices could be Bents of course. ARG's could work too.

Too bad you can't get some ON3P's.

What other skis do you have in your quiver?

Well, you said 'Big Mountain' and if you really mean that then I would stay away from Bents, they are relatively solid (relative to EP pros for example) but they aren't a charging ski. Bibbys are a fair bit stiffer a bit narrower and a bit less rockered. Probably better for charging. Durability wise, K2s are known to be pretty bomber.. decent warranty too.Moment are less proven but regardless, they have the most amazing warranty and customer service. If something goes wrong that was a ski fault you can pretty much guarantee to have a new pair in two weeks. They seem durable from what I have seen too.For more of a charging ski, there are lots of tip only rockered skis. One example is the Solly Czar, Moment Garbones etc.. Depends on your definition of Big Mountain

i had 08 armada jjs but i kept crashing and the bindings were comming out of the ski over and over again so i have just been riding my tnks this season and they are hard to charge and ski pow with. how well do arg's do on hard pack?

JJs, ARGs, Garbones, Donnar Parties, Pontoons, and Mother Ships would all be good if your looking to charge

Yeh they have tip rocker. Super stiff. Perfect charging ski. Line Motherships might be a possibility if you are looking for a directional ski.I would say Bibbys if you like a bit more Jibbing. Wolf creek is sick. Bibbys would be one of my choice skis for there. Skied there on Bacons, the Bibby is a rockered ski with similar dimensions. I think it would kill it there.

Try the JJ's armadas tend to be pretty solid, they make be a bit soft though if you want to charge. I think pontoons are pretty solid.
