Rockered pow ski

im looking for a new ski and im so stuck on what to get its not funny. first of all i currently own the seth vicious 179 (182) and the head mojo 90 176. im an expert skier in everything except park but i really wanna improve. im 6'0 150lb and ski aggressively. the problem is the seth seems so in between that i dont have a ski thats really good at anything. what i mean is its not fat enough for pow and its not really suited to park beacuse of the mount and flex etc. i was thinking i should keep the seth for normal skiing, center mount the mojo and use them for park and maybe get a pair of ARG's for pow? or should i get a new park ski and just use the seth in pow? also any thoughts on the mojos in park. im really too shit at park to know, i can do 3's on mojos and seths but can tell no difference. rails seem catchy on mojos and clumsy with seths, but hit us up with ur thoughts. also i can ski pow fine with my seths, i was just wondering how much better these pow skis are. cheeers, opinions please.

p.s i dont have hellbents, dont have a fuckin clue why there my name

yeh i know they do. i ski pow great on em, i was just wondering if a ski like the bents or ARGS will make much difference. i tried the volkl sumo 175 which i felt was too short but anyways it was the most tiring pow day ever and the tips constantly caught and dove for the bottom

Okay well I own K2 Pontoons, have Rossi S7's at my disposal as well as Line SFBacons. Lets start with bacon, they are a great ski to use in all situations including powder, but I would call them an all mountain ski. Not complaining but after using the toons or S7's its just not the same. The reason to have rockered powder ski's is to eliminate tip dive when in deeper conditions. The swallow tail style of both the toons and rossi's provide a great stance for riding steep and deep. The bents are the preferred ski of a good friend but are designed for someone who will be doing lots of switch riding on powder. :penny: :penny:

i got bents and gotamas but with your set ups you already have I'd say go for pontoons. they are the ideal powder ski design hell bents made sacrifices for riding switch and all that stuff.

4FRNT EHP! Best pow ski out there! Not a full twin so if landing and skiing switch in deep snow is your thing, they probably aren't the ski for you, but the pin-tail design, gradual rocker, and 115mm waist will let you rip any straight-line, slash up wind lips, and stomp HUGE airs confidently. They are really expensive at there retail price, but coloradofreeskier.com has them in a 179 at like 40% off. $525. Sounds like they would fit in your quiver perfectly

how do the ehp go in all mountain? also does anyone know about the park performance of the mojo 90?

ive narrowed it down to the pontoon, hellbent and the ehp. the hellbent seems pretty cool cos i dont really have any soft skis in my quiver and the hellbent apparently is good in park. but i like the idea of the pontoons pow shreddingnesss and the charging ability of the ehp so help us out here, i neeed answers!

I would not go with the pontoons. I used them next to my ON3P wrenegades, and I liked the wrenegades better, and the wrenegades are better in cut up snow etc. also. I would go with something with a tip rocker (and tail if you want to land switch enouph) but still enouph on the bottom to ski after its tracked out, or the next day etc.
