Every year, sport check has a certain ski that they buy like a million pairs of and then sell REALLY cheap. Last year those were the head mad trix. Now I'm looking for some skis to buy to use early/late season and for rail sessions (im just learning). I was wondering if anyone knew of anywhere that was selling really cheap/crappy twintips that would work for this, or even if you yourselves are selling your old skis for under 400$. Please post with any info, or any sales. I would greatly appreciate it...

And for rock skis I just use whatever my sponsors give me. So just phone your sponsors and ask for a new pair of skis, there ya go. Problem solved. Silly.

 
yeah GOSH! i just get my loaded parents to buy me brand new skis and bindings every year and then i use those as rock skis, then at christmas and easter, i get new ones.

Thats what I did before all my sponsors hooked me up.Sometimes I just smash my skis into the rocks in front of poor kids with crappy skis, then I laugh and tell them they suck and have no style.

dont by ninthward they suck. very small and unstable park rat skis. shitty company too, thats why you see nobody on them. and even if you were going to buy ninthwards dont buy them from ian because they will be trashed because all he does is rails.

the skis are really good, you dont see people on them because they are a small company and they dont have any distributors in alberta or western canada right now...and since u never leave alberta...o wait...u went to kicking horse once...u enver see them. go to the states, quite a few people ride them

i just got a pair of '06 volkl Karma's and they are fucking amazing!!

the reason you dont see many volkl's is beacause there expensive and the only shops to sell them in calgary overprice them!!!

but i got a sick deal in mine so whatever.

i paid 600 for my karmas with the p12 jib binding. ya wayyyyyy to expensive. and edmonton skier shut the fuck up you have no clue about anything. let me guess you would be embaressed to ride a ski if it didnt say armada or 4frnt on it right? you fucking bitch go ski rabbit hill.

Yeah they are broken and are/were my only pair. And I seriously hope you didnt buy those skis to "stand out" on the hill. Because everyone knowing your the worst skier is bad enough... now you can at least try to blame it on the skis.
