This is a pretty cool trick but why doenst anyone do it? I think CR Johnson is the only one that does them and maybe JF Cusson.

rock bottom is pretty much a foward d spin. jf dose em real good, in 13 and all! there's a couple others out there doing em, but i guess people think it's not to styley because it's damn near impossable to put a grab in one. mike laroache i think dose fakie d-spins, which is kinda like a fakie rock bottom.

think about this fakie rock bottom is a regular d spin!

 
I watceh CR rock bottom and I conseiderate them as front full and that you extend your body when you got inverted. I may be wrong but it is what I noticed by looking at CR rockbotttom 720.

well u could kinda call it a front full but then u have to call a d spin a back full too! and a misty is also a front full! so no really a rock bottom is like what they used to think of as a worm turn or barrel roll

 
Your right but when CR do rockbottom 720, it look like a kind of front fly-away with spin into it.

Where in 13 does JF do them?

cusson does a few of them in his segment in 13, i think they are 900 rock bottoms.

cr does them at the winter xgames a ton, they are in los alamos.

i think i did something like a rock bottom on the tramp today....not sure though.

i think it is very much like a front fly away with a 720 or 900 throughout the flip.

Anyways does anyone else do them?

in 13 jf dose one in the begining where he busts then it shows hime getting interviewed and he dose em in his secton and cr dose em in 1999, area 51, los alamos and he did it in the johnny mosley invite, the last one. kev if u need a copy of something message me.

a fly away is where u do a front flip, and point right down, then finish it i think? almost like a lawn dart, but not laid out, you do it fast, then stalled, then fast again

Well, rock bottom are front fly away (like rick 'weird lat name' at skiing motion) except that you spin when you are straight. CR does them 720 so he do the flip and he spin a 360 in it.

um yea, It is still a fr4ont full - front flip with a 360 - but it is like a lawn dart 360. just your do the 360 when you are laid, then you tuck it up to finish the rotation. I can do them on the tramp.... I usually just call it a lawndart 360 though... what ever.

I would actually just consider a rockbottom a rodeo 7, just like a Dinner Role, Austin 3:16, Skodeo, Differential 720, Rockbottom.

There all just Rodeo 7's with some other dumb name put on. If they were all just called rodeos it would be alot simpler. Later.

its like a dinner roll, but instead of rolling out sideways you roll out forwards, in a front flip type motion.
