Road Trip to Hood for some Public park?

I wanna try and road trip out to hood for some public park after school gets out for about a week. The spring pass is only $99 and just camp out and do it super cheap.... anybody else maybe interested? Im looking to leave MN around the 16th or so.
 
ya i went out there last year for the public park

its ok. nothing really special. but its june sooo...

btw there are like 50 like state park campgrounds within like 10 miles of it so thats a good choice
 
^^^^ sorry the 16th of May. ^ the spring pass only goes through the 25th of may and then im not sure what the rates are after that, I looked but couldn't find anything. The expensive part would be gas cus its a haul, but if we found a couple people it would be sick. All my friends suck at life and my sister is tied up with a job in Iowa so i need some new people to ride with.
