Way better off than surfing socal after a good few days of heavy rain. Especially the bu. That's a good way to surf water that smells like a locker room toilet and is good for making you all kinds of sick.

Idk if it's still true but for a while it was actually cheaper for companies to dump waste and pay the fines if they got caught than dispose of shit properly. And thats in addition to all the fucking ditches and everything else flowing out with all kinds of whatever from wherever.
