before you judge my stupidity, read the whole thing. I saw a tall t I loved and told the owner I could send him a check in the mail for payment. He said he received the money and sent the shirt but I never got it. I realize checks in the mail are not ideal but if he wanted to get away with gyping me he wouldnt have said he recieved it. I emailed him and said I never got it but he couldn't find the tracking number. He said he would refund me if I didnt get it by the end of the week and I emailed him saying I never got it and twice more to check in but he hasnt responded. I feel like a dick because all I wanted was the shirt and maybe he's busy making a cancer vaccination but im not really sure what I should do at this point. Any imput?

I've been waiting for a pair of bindings for almost 3 months now. Be patient. Yes I don't think the bindings are coming... but give him some time. A lot of ppl on here are in college and are busy with school or are busy with work.
 
I waited on a pair of jordans for 3 months, completely forgot about them. I was pissed after 3 weeks cause they were expensive but when I got them I was twice as happy. Then again I once sold a pair of jordans and got a fake paypal confirmation e-mail and shipped them out later that day, lost $270 on that.

I'm sorry man but that's fucked you've waited 3 months and still havent received them.

People are busy with school and work but still, if you're selling, take the time to ship them out or dont sell anything in the first. I can see a week or two, tops. But after that, they're just dicking you around.

eh i waited, not patiently, for around 6 months to get a jiberish vest, that should have come in a week. the guy kept putting shipping off saying he could do it next week, finally when i thought i was getting scammed i made a callout thread, old account. he ended up getting karma raped and i got the vest pretty soon after that, no idea if hes still on the site anymore.

swandog not sure if your guy is doing the same thing or maybe hes just not even answering you, make a callout thread if you need to. find out who his friends are or something, dont let him keep your money. who is he?
