Did it get taken out by a flood or something awhile back, then rebuilt?

Sucks to see, but in a way its forever immortalized the shots from that feature, never a huge fan of people hitting the same features over and over again.

This happens pretty frequently, there's construction at a spot for a few months and people get upset, then the spot gets rebuilt because it still needs a hand rail, retaining wall or whatever and everyone calms down.
