I have noticed an absolutely terrible thing upon going to college. People in some parts of our country or just plain ignorant. I do not support Kerry at all, but people here in South Carolina (the majority, not you BigJ I know that you know the issues well and have a good reason for backing Bush) are grossly mis-informed. They follow whatever party their parents/friends do. They in large part have no logical arguments as to why Bush will make the best president. Many believe that Kerry wanted to take their guns away. They voted a bigot into Senate which makes me want to throw up. The man they just elected(Jim Demint) publicly said that gays and single mothers have no place in the classroom. What the fuck is wrong with these people. I know that you, BigJ, are in the minority but can't you agree that these people have no clue what they are talking about?

Yeah man I was talking about those people who are actively supporting Bush, but when you try to talk to them they don't really know why. In my english class there are about three people who really know Bush's positions very well and they agree with them. I whish I could say that for everyone. A state with a ton of bandwagon DEMOCRATS. I would hope that someone as enlightened as you would not need me to spell out the demographics I alluded too pertaining to which state I mentioned. Thank you Mr. Bush for closing the border to live cattle but not processed beef. Canadian ranchers have built their own slaughterhouses and now sell more expensive processed beef to the US. Canadian ranchers also now have more control over the beef industry as well as a schwack of new jobs.

Thank you for raising tarrifs on softwood but not processed wood. Canadian sawmills are running flat out and new ones have been built, creating more jobs. The raw lumber used to go to the US for processing, but now its all done here. Ever wonder what happened to all the jobs? They all went to Canada and other places.

Thank you for keeping oil prices high, it really helped pay off Alberta's debt. Its nice living in a province that has more money than they know what to do with. I heard the US likes debt, good luck with that.

Thanks for squandering your taxpayers money chasing towelheads. Because the US economy is in the toilet, the Canadian dollar is worth more so I can buy nifty stuff from the US and ski trips to Montana are cheaper. Are the people mad at you? they should be.
