i didnt see it in person but heard about it and saw it on the news some guy was dressed upas a taco quite posssibly the best costume ever

there was a block party on 10th and Penn

I promoted my CVS and Stop and Shop card from the inside slits to the outside ones...my Blockbuster and gym ID got pissed off, but I told them, sorry guys, laminated plastics just can't cut it in the big leagues
 
where every house was a different drink, then they started to get noise complaints and this cop came and got surrounded by about 100 kids and they were all screaming at her and shit...and hen kids just started going nuts tearing down signs and setting trees on fire... they brought in a paddywagon of riot police to shoot rubber bullets and tear gas... cars were flipped over anbd tired slashed and shit...it was fucking cray... but stupid as shit... yay, more good plublicity for CU

Woo! I was there, and it was awesome. Got tear has shot right over the house I was in, and the kid who went to go grab the tear gas canister got hit by a car. Hooray for Halloween parties.

The kids that threw the block party had a permit to throw the party. and the cops showed up trying to break it up and handing out M.I.P. tickets to everyone. they told everyone to leave, which sent 1500 people in the middle of the street. from there, kids got out of control. and the cops definately abused their power in the whole situation.
