I'm heading down to Brazil for christmas and new years a week from now. Has anyone been down there and alternatively have some advice about cool stuff to check out. Planning to do some surfing and possibly head to Ihla grande for a few days but got no specific plans.

There is no need to bring up how crime ridden the favelas are as I already know that much

the favelas are really sketch and crime ridden dont go there, but the beaches are byootiful and the jesus statue is amazing just looking at it from afar

i heard the brazilians has an interesting sexual aspect of their culture.

but seriously just eat alot brazil is fucking awesome, the food is epic, and so is the surfing.
