Rime Knits Customer Service

I ordered a headband from Rime a little more than a week ago. I have not received it in the mail yet. I expected it to get here a while ago.

They don't even answer my emails.

Has anyone else had any problems?
 
The guys at Rime are super legit, don't worry about it. Also it will take a few days. I think it took 3-4 days for me and I live like 45 minutes away from where they ship from.
 
Bumpin this because im wondering too. Its been two and a half weeks and i havent recieved my headband. I havent contacted them yet though. And im in the states
 
i would contact them if thats the case. its either a problem on their side, where they lost track of one order, or it got lost shipping. either way, they will make things right

actually i needed it tonight and last friday for marching band (yeah lol i know whatever) so yes i do need it

and hatter, i have every right to be curious if something i bought still hasnt arrived after two and a half weeks. who wouldnt be?
 
Send them an e-mail instead of trying to do a callout on the internet. Jesus Christ, just because you can get on NS means you don't need to handle an issue like a normal person before trying to bash a company?
 
how do you order something and then a week later expect it to be with you a while ago. Your definition of awhile is a really short time span.
 
jesus some people can be really stupid. i didnt make the thread i just bumped it to get other peoples opinions. maybe theyre slow shippers? or something like that. and yes panda i do need it. i have long hair that i have to keep in my hat. so i sent them an email last night. and i wasnt bashing a company? i think they're a really good company with their tree planting program and their tag recycling program, and im a returning customer
