Riley Poor Video. Very Inspirational

Wow that got me a litle choked up. It's amazing how he's handling the situation he's in. He is one strong dude, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. I'm definitely taking more than just one run for him.

the part where he says he's not feeling sorry for himself was soo touching. cuz here I am with a blown knee feeling sorry for myself, i need to snap out of it, he really puts it all in perspective. every thing happens for a reason.

that part got me. to have this happen, and not once think being sorry for himself takes so much. as we all sit here feeling sorry for ourselves for pushing it just a little too far and bruising that hip or shoulder, hes in a hospital bed hooked up to a rebreather not feeling sorry one bit. that is one strong man.

yeah but you know what? riley's not showing any sign of letting this stop him and i have so much respect for him because of that. it just makes me want to go out and shred super hard for him because if he's gonna be unstoppable, i wanna be unstoppable too. i think he's looking really good, like he said-- it hasn't been that long. we're thinking about you riley!

Riley has always been a mentor for me. We met at the Dumont 1/4 pipe event and caught up at the Dew Tour at Mt Snow. He was always stoked on everyone around him and standing next to him on the slopestyle course or the bottom of the pipe was always a joy. I'm confident we'll be sharing that space again very soon.
