Who has gone there? Any tips on logistics of getting there? Is it necessary to bring all your food and cooking gas etc or can you buy supplies there?
 
I was there in midsummer 2020 it was awesome. Best mountain in Sweden. They had lot of snow and open the lifts but i dont think they have open on midsummer every tear it depends on snow. There are store there you can buy food. They havent open yet because its dark all day there now. They open in end of february. Ive heard that if you want to ski powder its best in the end of april.
 
i always just drive from northern finland so can’t really tell about logistics other than the train from southern sweden.

the store is really nice, maybe a little pricy but still has basically anything.

i’ll be there basically the whole month of may, dm me for more info!
 
There is an ICA grocery store there where you can buy whatever you might need food wise.

You can take the train all the way to riks from Stockholm. When I went we drove from ostersund. I don’t recommend driving, it is super far and I didn’t need a vehicle at all once I was there. when I left, I flew out of Kiruna after taking the bus there from riks.

Kiruna is the nearest larger town in Sweden. Narvik in Norway is also nearby, worth considering for your travel route or just for a day trip to see something else.
