I feel like there's been so much hate on this vid. It's Free. It's not huge budget. It's freaking sweet.
Derlorme and Hornbeck... WTF???(no need to say more)
Tom's last double and his 90 to wrong-side-of-jump...WTF???
Its was just a big long ill edit.
What was your favorite trick???
 
I really like the vibe of the movie and to me it felt like more of a movie than an edit. I felt that the interviews really added to the movie and the editing/filming was outstanding.
 
was another thread really necessary? i'm pretty sure we've got right back where we started covered in SG considering there might be at least 6 threads on it
 
maybe not but i feel like most them were either dissapointments or complaints about the live streaming which jibeish didnt even need to do in the first place.Im asking your favorite trick. if you think the threads uncessary just dont read it i guess
 
yeah agreed. i really dont understand the bitching in other threads, i mean it was FREE. plus it had a really good vibe with the interviews and had some sick skiing in it. i also liked the skaters and snowboarders in it, they added to it for me.
 
I like this thread because I have nothing bad to say about the movie and neither does this thread. And your so correct Delorme and Hornbeck are inspiring.

the threads I've seen hating on the movie have been posted by people with no karma who I've also seen hating on jiberish in other places on ns. Unfortunately I think these accounts our trolls for some of the upstart clothing company's trying to hurt the competition.

what part of the movie was that, like minute? i just watched it for the 3rd time, and for some reason i just missed it. maybe its because i'm tired, but i was actually looking for it and the movie ended and i don't remember seeing it. i gotta go to sleep. shit.
 
seriously? you never just play around in the park and do that? i've done that a lot just messing around... its not that "innovative" or anything
 
can someone tell me where in the movie this is. minute and seconds???? i've watched it 4 times now and i remember seeing it the first time and for some reason i keep missing it or something. i just watched it really closely and i think i am losing my mind. help???? anyone??
 
I feel like a good portion of the skating could have been left out. Like a good majority of those tricks the average kid at my local park could do. Other than that the movie was banger. Very good work for a first film and I really enjoyed the feel of the whole movie.

thank you guys so much. i remebered seeing it the first time i watched it, then i watched it again last night, looked for it and missed it somehow (i was tired) then this morning i though it might have been a dream and i was freaking out a little bit. thank you thank you.
 
The movie was so inspiring... the music, the vibe, the tricks, the people......... no complaints what so ever... this movie opened up so many filming/editing techniques to the public.... and it was all free.
 
I loved how the feeling was just so chill and more like a sunday in the park fun type film

Haha I reapply want to try shuffles next time im in the park but I see myself failing so hard. You need craazy skill and strength for that...also I want to try some rifht foot to left foot grinds but I'm guessing that's crazy hard as well

haha shuffles are going to result in the death of so many kids. theyre like, oh thats cool i want to try, except it involves intentionally landing sideways... i smell blown out knees/ankles
 
i have nothing against brogans skiing, its sick, but thats not "slaying pow"

delorme, hornbeck, and the skating was insane, also the boarding in it was pretty sick as well.

pretty much could watch this and the new nimbus nomads on repeat for months
 
Perhaps ive been out of the loop, but i havent seen these other hating threads. i never had anything but love come out of me for that movie. i love the way skiing is integrated with snowboarding (which is should be, we are one and the same).

i love the progression. i love it.
