Right and left spinning

Is it normal to be totally comfortable spinning left and a little right...then it totally reverses itself one day?

Like I can now spin a 7 going right, but only a 3 going left...it was vice versa before

my skiing seems to do this like every year. its highly annoying. i usually have to take a day or two at the begging of the season to get my bearings back.

if you're training on flat ground, something that helps create a little more of a "skiing feel" is wearing ankle weights. And it'll help you jump higher (when the weights are off obviously).

ankle weights? are those like where you get two air blasters and put rocks in them and start jumping?

i think im gonna go right now and start jumping with weights duct taped to me ankles

well 4 me, i spin left in the air (max i can do is a 5 right and a 1 left)but on rails i always spin right. I can 5 on boxes as well to the tight and only 1 to the left

haha meatspin, just go here www.wowomg.com

its not anything gross i promise. its for snowboarding though, but i guess its pretty similar to skiing.

look under backside spins and frontside spins and it tells you how to get them both so they are pretty much the same.

yeah, it's fun, but thats about it. If you seriously wanna practice stuff in the summer, the best thing is to get an astro turf setup, or go to the icerink, or do stepons. It's pretty hard to practice jumps without a water ramp. Tramps are good, but they'll only do so much.

flat grounds threes and spinning and shit help you with your air awareness and rotation. trampolines are way better though. this is why freestyle skiers use them and practice flatground shit. won't teach you style though.

haha sounds familiar.

back when i was like 11 or 12, i didnt know which way i spun, but my friend threw a helicopter, so i wanted to do one as well. but i spun to the right, and bam! i thought i was lost in some celstial shit near neptune.

but if you're getting mixed up, like it isn't consistent, really figure out what is prodominant. spinning on the ground isn't all that great of an indicator though. but eventually with enough time, when skiing, spinning left or right wont matter!

dude I don't care, just stop posting. Fuck its getting anoying seeing the forum litered with your useless threads which have already been discussed.
