Riding Switch

Just wondering how many of you alternate which shoulder you look over and how many of you look over the the same shoulder all the time?

Same here except i never alternate, it always confused me somehow.. I know it's stupid but each of us has stupid little blockage like that so I just look over my right shoulder.

how do you spin unnatural to rail then?

I've been practising both sides, so i can carve looking only each side at time. working pretty well. you guys should try it out.

depends on steepness and snow... for pretty mellow groomers it's usually over my right shoulder all the time

when it's steep and/or deep i prefer switching between shoulders

if i'm in the park, which isn't that often, i really only look over my right shoulder... if i'm shredding the mountain i always carve and alternate. it makes you look like a badass because you can carve better switch than a lot of people on the mountain can forward.

I can't look over my left shoulder when riding switch, so I have to only look over right. Causes issues when trying to hit jumps switch since I have to spin unnatural. But yea only over the right shoulder, I usually revert if it's crowded, I have to much of a blind spot since I can only look at one shoulder and I don't want to run over someone.

You are probably just great at skiing with your head centered between your legs! Since it is a lot like sucking your own dick, and you are just incredible at that!

The image was actually realy funny.

Big carving in switch alterning the edges you're on and shoulder you're looking over is mad fun.

I can alternate sides, but personally for me it's almost more uncomfortable doing so. The only time I alternate is if I'm skiing switch on something really steep and I'm almost just carving it switch for fun slowly.

Personally I can rotate my head and upper body far enough on one side that I have a wide enough view to be able to see everything. So I can carve right or left while only looking over my right shoulder. That's just what works for me though. Try it out and see which one you like better.

well I mean it depends if I am going off a jump switch i put my head of the shoulder of the direction I am spinning, but if i am just going switch I sometimes switch if I am carving

I don't look over my shoulders, I just guess. ......but really over the shoulder im spinning or turning. So alternating...

usually over my right shoulder, but lately i've been making an effort to alternate between outside shoulders.

Pussies. I never look over my shoulder, I just look back up at the chairlift. Except when I'm going fast, then I close my eyes.

I agree with you 100% because when you try to hit a rail and you always look over your right shoulder youmight have to look over your left and won't feel right so I alternate all the time it doesn't matter for me

When I am carving left I look over my right shoulder and otherway around, but when I hit the jump I look over my right shoulder at first but bit before to kicker I turn my head to look over my left shoulder.
