Riding girls skis?

So im a lighter guy(100lbs, 15yo/ 5'4") and im looking at a girls ski(faction heroine). i dont think the graphics for the 2012 model are to feminine and i like the dimensions. Does anyone think its a good idea that i pick up these skis?

they should be fine since you are light, girls skis are softer than mens/unisex

Its fine, the only difference between mens and women's skis (usually) is that women's skis have smaller dimensions and a softer flex and youre light enough that womens skis are probably a better choice then mens skis

i rented womens rossi pow skis for a day.........they were fucking great

yeah you'd probably like them. If you wanted to look though, i'm sure you could easily find a mens ski with similar dimensions and flex.

The Heroine should be just fine for you. It is a bit towards the soft side so at your weight it should be super playful and easy to turn. I am guessing you were leaning to that because it comes 158cm, but if you were going to go longer to grow into it the Wednesday is the exact same ski with a slightly stiffer flex pattern and starts at the 168cm. Even though it is stiff the Wednesday is not that stiff and is still a very fun and snappy ski.
