i was talkin bout the jib academy at northstar. I think it can be effective as long as people dont know eachother too well. at northstar, there was a large group of people who were voting for people who weren't throwin down and they voted for them because they were friends. Idk i guess im kinda biased cuz i personally was on the negative side of it (cuz i didnt really knwo anyone there). It just has the potential for being really unfair
