So basically there was this float of Foster's Home for Imaginary

friends, which is a kid's cartoon if you don't know, and all the

puppets start singing this kids song.

Then all of the sudden the music cuts out and you hear Never Gonna Give

You Up and Rick Astley busts out of the float. It was hilarious. Didn't

see it coming at all. I'm sure it will be on youtube soon.

Then one of the kids show characters on the float said "I love Rickrolling!"

I lol'd soo hard.
