If that's what Richard gere got caught for "Obscene acts" I wonder what that judge would think about the time he was brought to saint pauls Emergency room in vancouver hospital with glass in his ass from gerbaling...
 
I'm pretty sure the rule of thumb isn't legal anymore dude. But the more disturbing thing is... well, look at the census reports for certain regions of India on a yearly basis, and you'll see how often women are killed in "cooking accidents" involving immolation. It's frightening. More frightening still: most of the main hospitals in India barely bother to support a burn unit. Everyone knows it's going on, no one's willing to do anything about it. One of the biggest human rights issues in Asia right now, imo.
