the other day me and a couple friends went to go hit this rail. this wasnt ur common strait rail or even a simple down flat down. this rail went down-flat-down but kinked to the right-flat-down. this rail wasnt a rail that is very common. just as we build the jump a guy comes out and tells us that we cant hit the rail or else he will call the cops. i told him that he was a jackass and he should mind his own fucking buisness. then he got pissed and told us that if we hit the rail he would wome down and 'tackle us and steal our skis, then take us up to his condoe and have the cops come and arrest us for vandalism and trustpassing. the shitty part was that it wasnt even his rail. it was part of the rich ass housing developent by our mountain. i guess i wasnt trustpassing at all, and i could su his ass for threatening me like that. now they r gonna cap the rail and ill never hit it.

 
damn no kidding one time i went to smoke weed in the woods and there was a trailer out there i guess and some guy comes out and yelled at me and my friends to get the fuck out. damn fuckin property owners

First off please learn to fucking spell correctly. This isn't msn. Your post would be a lot easier to read if we didn't have to sift through the 'ur', 'you r', 'trustpassing' and 'su'ing.

Now if some kids called me a jackass and told me to mind my own business, in MY housing development that I paid for, I would get pissed off too.

Maybe if you were nice about it, and didn't treat HIS area that HE pays to live in as your own backyard, things might have turned out a little smoother.

man i hate that. the town i live in is all full of pensioners. it doesnt matter where you go or what you do they always try to influence you in some way. even if you ride a bike through the inner city they look at you as if youd been shooting someone.

It's not your rail if you get hurt on someones property and sue them or damage their shit they are at a loss. Build rails in your backyard or don't complain when people get pissed about you doing urban
