the riaa has another corporation doing the leg work for them. a bunch of windoze ignorants are doing it (i forget the company's name off hand). the people on mirc are too difficult to catch to the point of giving them a subpeona that will hold in court anyway.

Canada just passed a law saying peer-to-peer sharing is legal, but uploading music is illegal. Figure that out.

what happened with dalnet? I thought I heard something about the ops on a big warez channel getting some hefty fines ect. and I know that something has to be going on or they wouldnt put things up that says 'If you are or have ever been affiliated with a goverment agency you are not authorized to be on this channel and doing so violates something or other rights' or something
