Revision Skis

I know there is already a thread about this and its very extensive with lot of arguments about how "core" revision is

In this thread I am wondering what the Hell we do when Skis get delayed from November to the "promised ship date of the first week of January at the latest but anticipate earlier shipping", and its the friday of this "first week of November" and Revision has $300 from each of us and we don't have skis or even a good customer support system.

Its bitchy to complain but honestly Ive lost almost all my faith in them.

They don't respond to Emails

when they do respond they give no update they just apologize for the inconvenience

Besides Never buy revision skis again, what do we do?
 
Only thing I've heard from them was just a retarded email that talked about how they've been this winter and had no mention of when my skis would show up.
 
when mine get here I'm probably going to put bindings on them and ski them

there just skis, even if it's shitty I'm not gonna burn them in protest or some shit. Revision will probably suffer enough when their reputation tanks after this. Life goes on.

yeah ive spent a fair amount of time on here defending them to some extent because people really jumped on the hate train and ive really enjoyed my talismans

but their bad/nonexistent customer relations during this episode has been pretty shitty

yeah thats what sucks like i know i will have fu once i get them, but if they keep delaying it with no customer support its just frustrating

Contact your credit card and file a fraud report; in all likelihood they will sort it out for you.
 
I ordered the Blink 176s on August 1st. Revision team has only sent me the one email that said they would be shipping skis out on the first week of January. The coupon code for $100 to their website is basically worthless because everything they have is sold out except for their skis. Real salty about the situation

Wow, they have had your money for almost six months and still no product or even a reply. Fuck that coupon, why would you want to rep anything with this brand on it?

Epic Planks/Revision Skis is the worst company in the ski industry. Which is a shame; they have some good dudes on their squad.
 
Revision is toast, I feel bad for all of you that are waiting for the skis, and then will have them for 3 weeks before they self destruct in the park. Wonder how their warranty will work without skis to sell lol. I went through 3 pairs and got the new ones. They ran out of replacements and had to send me my money back. My guess is they are trying to get a loan from a bank to pay back everyone they fucked

In the same boat, no skis, no refund, and no more contact after numerous emails to Revision Ski's.

I was going to file a complaint but I don't know the company address or phone number.

Also, have you contacted your bank? If you did, was there any progress?

This WAS the page information. Clearly they don't want to be found. I'm sure the attorney generals office and the FTC won't have a problem looking up their business information.

NS needs to do a "Marketplace/Go PUblic" Consumer Advocate article on this. Let's get some hard hitting reporting and get a response from Revision. Surely Doug can get answers from them better than anyone.
 
im in the same boat, tried to cancel and no reply after three emails.

If they don't reply soon i will be filing a fraud complaint and taking them to court

that's stupid. taking them to small claims court will cost you way more in fees than the cost of a pair of skis. file a chargeback with your credit card company and you'll get your money back. it's very easy.
