Yeah. The should have hired some body for customer service /pr. Even if no skis were getting sent out right away just keeping people posted and answering questions as best they could. Even if something fucked up happened, ghosting everyone is the worst way they could have handled it.

Hate to be devils advocate, but if the company rebounds somehow next year and kids new to park are picking up skis - they kinda deserve to know instead of having to look thru 20+ pages of a thread to determine the company's quality.

Are you going to take in account people who preordered versus people who didnt? I know there were some people who did get skis who payed after preordered circa January-April. Haven't heard of a single case of a fulfilled preorder yet.
 
I legitimately cannot believe what happen this morning.

After receiving a refund from my bank 1.5 - 2 months ago, I received a letter expressing that Revision were challenging the charge back. My jaw hit the ground - I was gobsmacked that they would even have the hide to challenge the chargeback.

The useless f**ks haven't sent skis out 2 months later (and they would know full well that they will never be sent out) and want my money back?? full on joke....

Essentially those who have have received money back, be ready to see a charge bank reversal...

lol it's been over 10 days since they've told me they're working on solving my issues yet they had time to go an delete all my comments off their pictures. So I just commented on all of them again, which they deleted within minutes and then blocked me from being able to comment or see their pictures.

Anyone who's been fucked over and not blocked go to their page and keep commenting bc they're trying to get preorders for 2018 now and we can't let this shit happen to anyone else.

I have not received my skis, and they promised me a refund back in January which I also haven't seen.

Meanwhile, my buddy bought his at full price in November (I preordered in August) and after he didn't see skis for a while asked for a refund, got the refund and then still someone got his skis. S0 my homie that ordered skis months after I did got a refund (more money than I paid) and got his skis.

So fucked up.

Would really like to get a class action lawsuit going that would be the only solution at this point.

I've watched them delete everyone's comments. Their vids have virtually no comments bc they're negative and being deleted. Anyone can go and kindly tap the "report" button.

Getting the FTC's fraud department on his ass is probably the only thing that will stop him pulling this shit again.

I got injured 2 weeks before getting them so they're still sitting in plastic. I didn't unwrap them in hopes of returning them, but we all know how possible that would be

Because the first time i delt with them they were honestly great with their customer service, and though the quality of the skis were shit I did enjoy the playfulness of them. I got like 20 days on my first pair which i preordered for $250 and they were super quick to replace them and i got another 20 days or so on the next pair. I figured at that rate spending $250 for 2 pairs of skis I'm going to fucking destroy in the park anyways was worth it.

Then I figured hey, they're a newer company I'm sure the quality has improved to I preordered again which was now $350 which wasn't really worth it but I had in mind that I would just blow through the first pair and get another pair.

In both cases with the warranty I was spending under $200 for a pair of skis that I enjoyed to ride in the park which I'd rather do than spend like 400-500 on a pair of skis that MIGHT last longer, but the company would probably not warrant the edge damage. Knowing that Revision was quick to hook me up when I destroyed my edges the previous season, I decided to go with them again this season.

That's what's shocked me the most out of them just completely ignoring people after a while because I had such a great experience with them when they warranted my skis and got me a new pair in less than a week.
