Revision Messed Up

YO FUCK REVISION.

K now that I said that, if you got fucked over by Revision then PM me. I got an ugly ass old pair of 181 Ninthward park skis that still have some life in them. Just pay for shipping.

yeah i agree. at one point i was the little kid that spent all summer mowing lawns to save up for new skis so i couldn't imagine getting fucked over like this. i figured i have a good pair of skis laying around my house so i'd rather help out someone who was wronged by a piece of shit company, involved in an awful situation totally beyond their control, than try and make a quick buck off them

It really makes me wish I had some demos left to throw out there to someone who got screwed. Sadly I don't have any left.

I'm disappointed because the skis looked so fun but theres no way im waiting that long.

But thats not all, they also gave me (and all other customers) a $100 coupon to there website. Sure I appreciate them going out of there way to do that because they definitely feel bad abut this whole situation, but $100 is not gonna keep me waiting around for another month and a half. So, what do you guys think. Are any of you guys in the same Boat as Me?

Could this issue possibly be the end of revision?

My buddy is going through the same thing right now. Our season ends next weekend and he still hasn't gotten his skis. Its a real bummer because revision seemed like a real cool company that was making its mark but what their doing is illegal. The shittier part is that its skiing so no steps will be taken to help us (the skiers) out. I'm really hoping revision pulls through and ends up fulfilling their word but they have for sure lost their good name in my book.
 
If you look at Mole Squads Instagram story they picked up like 10 pairs of revision skis. Just wondering when we are gonna get those? At least they exist

Yeah that shit is whack. Sucks for the dudes that got scammed, but I can't wait for the day that Revision files chapter 11. I hope that Bill Wan-whatever the fuck that pussy's name is loses a lot of dollar bills
 
So Ive got the same problem, only im in New Zealand and have no idea wtf has been happening, so im guessing shit loads of us just got fucked over $600-ish dollars (or about $1000 if your where im from) from what ive taken from this thread? and theres absolutely nothing that can be done..?

I mean, file a claim with your card or bank, plenty can be done. You can easily get your money back

Dawg... it's almost May. I hope that I am wrong, but I don't think you will ever be seeing those skis. As stated by many people for many months, contact your bank and dispute the charge as fraudulent before they file chapter 11.

I already did about a month ago but they turned it away because they have a 60 day claim period from the purchase date. I basically just got maximum finessed all my summers work RIPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

Pre-order price is full price. It's what even allowed any skis to be built.
 
I was hesitant for a while to believe those that were claiming that anybody who pre-ordered weren't ever going to get their skis. At this point however, it's apparent that the orders which were completed yet never updated in status were also part of this deception. Pretty unbelievable that this was allowed to happen, and this many people have been legitimately scammed out of hundreds of dollars for a product which doesn't exist...

Haha fuck quoted wrong guy, feel extra bad for you though. Worst case scenario is Revision goes out of business and no one gets skis, but atleast we can learn from this experience as a community. It aint easy to make it in the ski industry.
