Just this season I had to retire my armada ARWs that I got in 2013 for a tail peel (which I ended up screwing them together and riding them for half this season anyway). But I rode the hell out of them and they took a lot of abuse last season from sitting in my ski racks and me not tuning or waxing them for over a year.

My point - It's shocking that his peeled in a season. I still can't believe I got nearly 4+ years out of my sticks, which I abused for the most part. Quality really matters.

I literally called my bank gave them the store. sent e-mails to the fraud department and was refunded. total time of 25 mins. fastest $405 I've ever made haha

"these guys" are just two guys. And only one of them has repeatedly dined and dashed.

If you guys want to sue these two, do us all a favor and talk to your bank/cc fraud department and show them this thread. You can bet your ass that 100s of fraud claims will absolutely end up with a multi-bank backed lawsuit and these guys will never work in skiing again.

Took up Level 9 Sports offer for ski discount and picked up a sweet pair of Armada JJ 2.0. Coincidentally exact same dimensions(and price) as the Revision Subtractions I ordered back in October. Asked CC company for refund so that's in the works. At this point don't feel I'll ever see the skis which is fine as long as CC company issues credit. With many Colorado resorts staying open until mid-April and a couple in Cali staying open until July 4th I'll actually have the opportunity(if not the money) to try out new(er) skis before summer. What a concept--order skis on Thursday and have them at my door by the following Tuesday. Big shout out to John U at Level 9!
 
Welp this is probably my last weekend to ski this season and I still don't have the skis I ordered on September 1st. I'm lucky my $200 generic skis gave me the best season I've had in the park.

I just called the number on my credit card and spoke to someone and explained my situation. Got it taken care of and will see a refund within 15 days.
 
So, since the mass email blast of 'completed orders' back on 23rd of February (give or take a day) - has anyone received either an update/tracking number/skis (would be a miracle)?

I've sent another email to revision today chasing up a genuine update, however I'm 99% certain ill get the generic 'your skis are currently at our warehouse....' email.

yeah I got refunded that day. just ask for the fraud department and do what Hillary Clinton wouldn't . . . show them the e-mails!

They do actually answer the phone number on their privacy policy page, but the two times I called they just took down my order number and contact info because the shipping guy "wasn't in at the time"
 
originally created this thread in november, and was PROMISED shipping of early january. It is now april and still no skis and its been almost two months since they sent me an "order complete" email. Pathetic

Emailed them at least 5 times about getting my warranty skis in November, still nothing. Any ideas on legal actions I can take? Fair Credit Billing Act perhaps? idk. I already bought new liberty skis this year and broke them, along with completely totaling my old revisions some more. They kinda skrewed me.. this is a breach of contract, just want something to ski on this tear.
 
Actually what can I do, they wont respond to email, and aren't legally entitled to give me the 100$ refund (what I asked for in my last email) they offered earlier in like September. What can I do if they don't reply? and I doubt they will..
 
filed my claim and got my cash back within two days. Revision is done so if you haven't gone to the bank what the hell are you doing
 
I think that NS should back all of the members who have gotten scammed and hit Revision up for some answers. Write an article about this or something. I understand that Revision has partnered with NS on a lot of things, but at the end of the day fuck that company and help out your members NS.
