Did anyone else order a pair of Revisions that got back ordered? Actually back orders not the right word they pretty much got an entire batch of skis screwed up and had to send em back to china to get remade and now they say my skis won't ship till January. Any one else have this problem or know of a way I can get out of it as they won't let me cancel for a refund and haven't responded to my email in over a week.

You could try filing a claim with your credit card company.

If this is true OP, that's pretty weak. It's understandable that mistakes happen during production, and issues are inevitable. However, refusing to give a refund to a customer who doesn't want to wait another two months for your product is definitely suspect. Kind of surprising, I wouldn't expect that from Revision. Anyways, hope it works out for you OP

You should never have an entire batch of skis be bad if you have an eye on your production.

Its true. They even offered a $100 coupon in an attempt to satisfy customers. I haven't emailed them about a refund but I spent 3 hours this morning researching for a new ski.

RIP revision

About 5 years ago ON3P was late on their delivery and they pushed my ship date back from like August to November. I didn't care because the season didn't start until December and they gave me a 100 coupon code. Used it last season on a new pair and I will continue to support them considering the skis and service are excellent.

That being said January is kind of a killer since you'd miss some of the season. See if they have any old stock that you can use the coupon on and get a set of all mountains or something to rip on until January and then sell them or keep them as a second pair.

Yeah dude my seasons already been going for a couple weeks so January is gonna be a good chunk of my season (Midwest season goes till late March maybe early April if we're lucky) my parents saved me though and bought me surface odysseys for $300. I've sent multiple emails and even tried DM'ing them on insta but they have not responded at all which pisses me off. As for the $100 coupon it was nice but I doubt I'll be buying from them again as I'm not happy about how things have gone.

yeah this is pretty much bullshit. And i know that by the time we get the 100$ gift card all of the apparel on their site will be sold out so there will be absolutely no use for it. Hopefully the subtractions live up to the hype after all this
