Revision 2.0

Hello everyone, a few months ago their were threads on the new company Militia Skis, many were stoked and many thought it would be Revision 2.0. Militia went dark, and similar to revision failed to deliver skis (or so I think, my friend never got his). If anyone has any information or theories on what happened post it here.

Don't pre-order from these really small companies that haven't really proved themselves.

Preach.

I think we all wanna believe in the American dream but if you have to make kids preorder from your two person company that can't fund a solid small order by themselves, its likely (and sad) that they'll fail. And then your money is gone.

With the Revision website just coming backup, does this mean that they may try to make a return?

Lol guys gotta stop calling everyone revision.

that was one case were some people got fucked. But remember this wasn’t revision first year and had a successful run of skis before this. This one event is making all you flaky kids not want to buy skis just stop skiing .

I gotta get my preorders in before they shut it down again

Um, militia?

revison made a successful run of skis i don't think militia has my buddy got a pair of prototypes from em tho

Theories:

#1: people saw that nothing bad happened yet to the Revision owners, so they decided to do the same thing but modified a bit

#2: the Revision owners created the Militia company and scammed people again

#3 It was actually just some poor college students who truly ran out of money and couldn't fulfill orders. Hopefully people get refunds, but doubt it since their website and IG are down

#4 Maybe it was some dude in Nigeria. Has anyone ever seen these skis in person or met people who worked for them?

#5 Bush did it

#6 It was the crab people

The crab people theory sounds the most reasonable to me

yeah I wouldn't sweat about it if I were still living on daddy's mastercard either.

On the darknet, the vendors who end up scamming come back and do it time and time again under new names. That is exactly what could be going on here
